Job Summary

Livestream twice a day, for 2–3 hours each time.

Key Responsibilities

• I. Job Responsibilities
• **Livestream Sales Execution**
• Conduct live product demonstrations and sales for sofas on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Facebook Live, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live.
• Commit to a stable broadcasting schedule (approx. 2–4 hours per session) in alignment with company planning.
• **Product Presentation & Demonstration**
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of sofa specifications—including materials (fabric, leather, solid wood frames, foam density, etc.), dimensions, functions (recliners, storage, foldability, etc.), and key selling points.
• Convey product value intuitively through demonstrations (e.g., sitting comfort), size comparisons, and lifestyle-oriented descriptions.
• **Audience Interaction & Conversion**
• Actively respond to comments and private messages; answer viewer inquiries regarding pricing, dimensions, delivery, assembly, and after-sales service.
• Drive sales by guiding viewers to place orders and utilizing promotional tactics such as coupons, limited-time discounts, and giveaways.
• **Content Collaboration**
• Collaborate with the operations team to create short videos and promotional content for livestream hype-building and traffic generation.
• Participate in livestream script planning and provide feedback on audience needs and market trends.
• **Performance Analysis**
• Monitor key metrics (concurrent viewers, watch time, conversion rate, GMV) and work with the team to refine sales scripts and pacing.

Qualifications

• **Language Skills**
• Native or fluent Thai speaker (mandatory); capable of communicating naturally with Thai audiences.
• Proficiency in Chinese or English is a plus (to facilitate communication with the internal team).
• **Livestreaming Experience**
• Prior experience in livestream sales is preferred (any product category is acceptable, though furniture, home goods, or home appliances are ideal).
• Candidates without experience but possessing strong presentation skills, a quick learning aptitude, and a willingness to undergo training will also be considered.
• **Personal Attributes**
• Strong on-camera presence, outgoing personality, clear communication skills, and an approachable, engaging demeanor.
• Able to adapt to the pace of live broadcasting, handle pressure effectively, and demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
• An interest in or appreciation for home furnishings, sofas, and interior design.
